This quarter of Chautauqua County ground is very solid hunting, secluded from any roads, and lots of timber cover. The NE section of the property has a very deep ravine that runs through a good portion of the north half and a solid stretch of Otter Creek. The creek has rock bottom and has flowing water even in the driest times of the ’23 summer season when rainfall was limited.
