There is an elevated box blind over one of the larger food plot areas. The owners have owned it over 20 yrs and have practiced quality deer management strictly for at least the past 10- 12. As you can see in the pictures the deer herd is mature and letting those two yr olds walk has worked well.
There is also a pole barn that has a semi-finished bunk room with a wood stove and it is wired for a generator. There is no well but that is an easy addition. The pole barn has room storage of a tractor/mower/quad whatever you decide.
