As you can see in the pictures the deer herd is mature and letting those two yr olds walk has worked well.
There is also a pole barn that has a semi-finished bunk room with a wood stove and it is wired for a generator. There is no well but that is an easy addition. The pole barn has room storage of a tractor/mower/quad whatever you decide.
