Description
This is a very nice property that is about half mature timber and half field and brush. The deer sign was pretty amazing as you can see from the photos. A number of large rubs and scrapes were everywhere on the property from the brush line at the edge of the timber to well inside the timber. The property has some diverse elevation to it as well. As you enter the timber you can see a small pond that the deer clearly use daily with tracks everywhere and then the property has a rise of about 75-100 feet up a hillside that then goes to the rest of the timber. For a small acreage parcel, it was just littered with deer signs. It is surrounded by private acre properties and there is an identical ten-acre piece to the north. The other two sides away from the road are large acre parcels that the deer live on as well. I did see several turkeys in the timber as well.
