There is a main trail system through the property all the way to the far end where there is a blind only accessible from a back road behind the property. The property is surrounded by all very large private parcels of a mix of crop ground and timber so you never have to deal with the orange army in November. There are several locations on the property for additionally elevated blinds and countless spots for lock-on or ladder stands. The front of the property has several spots to camp or build a cabin on close to the paved road and there is power at the road. The Turkey population in the area is very high as well and I have seen turkeys every time I have been on the property. This is the hunting parcel everyone is looking for so it will go quickly.
