This parcel has not been hunted in several years and is ready to hunt. It consists mostly of a large tract of mature timber, oaks, and maple as well as some great bedding cover areas of heavy brush. I took the pictures here in the early spring of 2020 and as you can see the rubs and scrapes from last fall's rut are literally everywhere. The amount of deer sign from the rut was unreal. There are multiple trails leading to bedding and feeding areas and some were just like ditches. The mast crop was very good here and the deer sign around the oak trees was very obvious, all caps no acorns. The deer numbers appear to be very high in this area. The property is ¾ of a mile long and protected from any visibility from roads or traffic on 3 sides with only a small part of it touching the paved road. There is a main trail system through the property all the way to the far end where there is a blind only accessible from a back road behind the property. The property is surrounded by all very large private parcels of a mix of crop ground and timber so you never have to deal with the orange army in November. There are several locations on the property for additionally elevated blinds and countless spots for lock-on or ladder stands. The front of the property has several spots to camp or build a cabin on close to the paved road and there is power at the road. The Turkey population in the area is very high as well and I have seen turkeys every time I have been on the property. This is the hunting parcel everyone is looking for so it will go quickly.
