I spoke to the neighbor who had a bear visit him the night before in his driveway and try to get into his truck, as is apparent by the footprints on the side of his truck(see pic). This parcel is wildlife heaven and is large enough to manage the deer herd. There is some value in the standing timber, and under a qualified forestry program, approximately 50% of the taxes are eliminated, and the forest will pay dividends long term. I can explain further any questions regarding this program. The center of the rolling property holds about a 10-acre swampy area that provides great bedding and fawning cover and holds a lot of deer. It also provides a freshwater source for the herd. A rare, very large parcel of timber with great hunting potential, a beautiful building or camping location, and power at the road and down the driveway.
