If you like hunting property in a great neighborhood, this is the tract for you. Not often in farm country do you find contiguous acres of habitat like this property and the hundreds of acres surrounding it. This tract has just over 110 acres of Re-Invest In Minnesota (RIM) easement, but it also has over 40 acres that was left out of the RIM program. This allows you to manage this property as you see fit. The 40 acres located in the south-central portion of the quarter used to be a gravel pit. The current owner has reclaimed the gravel pit to its original state. These 40 acres will be extremely valuable to anyone looking to turn this property into a recreational haven. While I walked this property, I saw numerous mourning doves; because of the makeup of the reclaimed gravel pit and plentiful water, this will be a hot spot of dove hunting.
