This is a remarkable piece of ground!! The property is mostly high ground with a couple of low areas mixed in. It has a remarkable mix of timber. The owners planted a pine plantation in a portion of the southern half. The pine plantation is mostly Balsam Fir with a few white spruce, red pine and white pine spread around the property as well.
