Here is an amazing property in an excellent location!! The property has approximately 9,000 feet of frontage along the East Branch Rat Root River!!! The property would be great to build a cabin, hunting shack, home on the front portion of the property then hunt the remaining acreage.  There is also several beaver pond locations built up in a stream that feeds into the river. All of them showed plentiful deer sign but the smaller more hidden fields in the middle of the southern part of the property showed the most sign coming into and through them as well as random beds in the grass openings. One of the main fields has views of the large beaver pond system on the tax forfeit land. A person could build a small shack somewhere over by that meadow also with good views and to be closer to the beaver ponds and all the ground on the south side of the river. It would be an awesome location to use as a day shack to hang out at while hunting the main portion of the land. There was tons of beaver sign along these ponds and the river. Top-notch trapping heaven!! Beaver, otter, mink, bobcat you name it most likely it's running around on this place. Not every day you can find that diverse property that has everything!! The other awesome part about this property is the fact that it's attached to hundreds of acres of state and county lands on three sides of the southern portion of the property!!! The other awesome part is the fact that the property is only approximately 3.25  miles to the World Class Lake Kabetogama public boat access!!!
