If you’ve always dreamed of having your piece of hunting property but have been waiting for one that falls more within your budget, this may be just the property that you’ve been waiting for. This property is located in the west-central part of the state and is approximately 15 miles southwest of Dawson. Yes, there are more significant properties on the market, but pound for pound, with what the property provides from a habitat basis, I’ll put it up against any of them. The areas not in easement lie in the northwest corner and on the eastern side, which would make for great areas to set up camp or even consider building a cabin, much less possibly some food plot areas.
