None of the deeded acres on this property are enrolled in conservation easements, therefore, you will be able to clear trails, plant food plots, or create any other habitat improvement projects without restriction. Being along the Minnesota River, this property lends itself to being a four-season recreational attraction. Outside of the hunting season, the property can be used for camping, hiking, ATV riding, fishing, and more.
