The remainder of the acres is made of river acres and some additional acres across the River. The property is made up of mature timber primarily cottonwood trees with some maples and other species mixed in. The understory on the southern part of the property is more open with the northern half of the property being very thick with good undergrowth and plenty of cover for deer and turkeys. None of the deeded acres on this property are enrolled in conservation easements, therefore, you will be able to clear trails, plant food plots, or create any other habitat improvement projects without restriction. Being along the Minnesota River, this property lends itself to being a four-season recreational attraction. Outside of the hunting season, the property can be used for camping, hiking, ATV riding, fishing, and more.
