The current owner has built and maintained a great relationship with the NRCS that administers the WRP program who is in the process of improving the property even more through updating a control structure and some herbicide treatments to reduce some cattails and open up even more isolated wetland basins and some tree removal over some enbankments just to name a few items. Access is off of the quiet township road that separates the east 160 acres from the balance to the west. From a deer hunting or even pheasant hunting standpoint depending on the wind, there is an access easement field road off of County Road 4 to the east that comes into the east side of the east 160 acres. Right at the end of that is one of the two smaller areas of CRP which would make a tremendous isolated area to build a hunting shack or to camp.
