The property is a great deer, bear, and grouse habitat. Also nearby are excellent public hunting opportunities and some great small to medium-sized lakes for fishing. The property is also located in the heart of the Sax-Zim Bog Birding Area!! Which is a nationally and even internationally known birding area in the community.
