They are both lower wetland-type grass meadows. The smaller one had a little water in it when I checked the property out, which is great for wildlife to have some water available. The other opening was dry, likely a seasonally wet area. Then around and between these openings, it was very evident deer were using these areas as I saw lots of deer tracks and even some well-defined trails working around and through this area. This property has excellent opportunities to hunt deer, bear, and grouse, and there are even a few turkeys in the area.
