This property has a beautiful high-ground timbered area for a potential build site! This property is a mix of high and low ground. The higher ground is towards the northern portions of the property for the most part. Then a couple of higher ground areas are about mid-way north and south on the property. A tar road along the south border and a gravel road along the western border make the property super accessible. When walking the property I weaved through the higher ground towards the north and noticed a beautiful mix of mature timber and some great areas that appear to be potentially good build sites. Then I crossed the powerline cut heading east and followed the stretch of timber that runs between the powerline cut and the railroad grade. Through the timbered areas and powerline cut, I noticed lots of deer sign, trail beds, etc. From there, I walked down the powerline cut towards the middle of the property and hit a beautiful high-ground island, so to speak. This area comprised a band of small higher-ground islands that made their way through the property. I flushed several grouse in these areas and noticed plenty of deer sign here also.
