This is a beautiful property that has a mixture of everything! The property is tucked off of a dead-end road. From the end of the maintained portion of the road lies a grass road/trail that leads back to the property. The NW part of the property is a beautiful pine plantation with a slight ridge that runs down towards the south and east. There’s a beautiful well-kept trail that goes through the pines and comes out to an excellent field that would make for an incredible spot for food plots!! The deer are already naturally coming to the field from different directions. I also spotted bear tracks in the dirt from where the owner did some discing. If a person wanted to build a cabin the pines in the NW portion of the property has some excellent spots to potentially build having great views and also excellent hunting and tons of privacy.
