This is a timbered property that’s located directly across from a field that’s currently alfalfa and clover and really seems to be drawing in some deer! While walking this property it was pretty easy to find trails leading out towards the east heading towards the field. I saw quite a few deer tracks heading in and out as well. The property is a great mix of mostly aspen, a few maples mixed in as well as ash and the typical spruce, fir, and a couple of large white pine mixed in. The property has a trail that’s growing in some but it could be opened back up pretty quick that runs from out by the road all the way towards the back of the property. If a person opened this up they could easily get east and west on the place then create some spots along that main trail to build stands and create some shooting lanes from there.
