This is an excellent property that has frontage on two maintained roads one tar and one gravel. The property is a great mix of higher ground that is a mix of aspen, spruce, and fir. With an occasional birch thrown in. The remaining part of the ground is a mix of forested/shrub-type wetland-type stuff that makes for excellent bedding cover for deer and bears. On the edge of this, I saw several game trials working along the edges. I also kicked up several grouse. Along a portion of the north across the road is a field.
