Off the beaten path is a property with a remarkable amount and variety of game. Big deer, bear and turkey are plentiful here, all captured on film with an inventory of trail cameras on all points of the property. Only approx. half mile from the main entrance is the Canisteo River and the little hamlet of Rathbone, while CR 119 would take you approx. 5 miles east to the village of Addison for more conveniences. Just approx. one mile north of the property is the Tracy Creek State Forest. Tracy Creek State Forest provides an additional 512 acres of recreation. Access through the woods is good due to extensive former logging trails. These unmarked, unmaintained trails are used for hiking, cross country skiing, horseback riding, and mountain biking.
