The western shore is state-owned land (Mydland Pass Game Production Area) and federally-owned land (Lynn Lake Waterfowl Production Area). These two public areas comprise over 1,800 acres of additional land to hunt, fish, and enjoy, just across the water from the property.

This parcel is approximately 121.07 total acres with an approximately 30-acre island, accessible by boat from an approximately half-acre parking and launch spot. The island was a farm building site during the 1900s, and the old house and outbuildings remain on the property, along with some mature trees. A wide variety of steep dropoffs, shallow flats, underwater peninsulas, and flooded roads and trees characterizes the 4900’ frontage ringing the island.
