Deed Restrictions:
- The dumping, disposal, storage and/or accumulation of trash, rubbish, junk vehicles, scrap, waste, debris or detritus of any kind upon the property is prohibited.
- No livestock of whatever nature shall be raised, bred, or kept upon the property.
- No high fences (over 5ft in height) shall be erected upon the property.
- No noxious or offensive activity shall be carried on upon the property, nor shall anything be done thereon, either willfully or negligently, which may be or become an annoyance or nuisance to the owners of adjacent or adjoining property, or constitute waste at common law.
- Any building constructed upon the property shall be on a permanent foundation and shall be set back a minimum of 200 ft from the property's boundary lines. Seasonal campers are permitted, but cannot become permanent, and all such campers shall be parked a minimum of 200 ft from the property's boundary lines.
- Parking of any vehicles, equipment, trailers or campers upon any right-of-way easment is prohibited.
