Deer & Duck property consists of mainly hardwood bottoms, nice big oaks, producing lots of acorns, Mud Creek which will have water year round except during droughts. Property has lots of whitetail deer, and when the sloughs fill up in the late fall to early winter, pretty good duck hunting too.
