Great hunting property with easy access and both sides of the San Miguel Creek! The trees along the creek are beautiful! The campsite is fenced off and consists of a comfortable cabin and a covered area for parking vehicles, etc. Dove hunting can be amazing and this area is also known for quality whitetail and plenty of turkeys. There is great access off CR 2400 approximately 12 miles south of Devine and less than 1 hr from San Antonio. The San Miguel Creek traverses the property from North to South and provides fertile bottomland, giant oak trees and other hardwoods. The remainder of the ranch is covered in typical south Texas brush. A network of trails and Senderos have been thoughtfully cut through the trees and creek and there are plenty of great areas to set up a bow stand or ground blind! 

Improvements:  The cabin is roughly 12 x 30 with a room on each end.  Electricity runs through the ranch so all that is needed is a meter loop.  The cabin is currently run by a generator but the cost for permanent electricity should be minimal.  There is also approximately 700 sf under a covered parking area that is great for protecting vehicles.

Water:  There is no water well.  Water in the area is believed to be around 300’-400’.  The San Miguel creek is a seasonal creek.
