Overview: The B 4 Ranch presents an amazing opportunity to own your very own slice of hill country heaven. This high fenced ranch has exceptional water features and tons of character. The Land: Rolling prairies and grassland give way to a heavily covered canyon and an oak and elm filled hilltop. The prairie has seen some cedar clearing and a 5-acre food plot is placed near the center of the property with a solar powered well topping off a nearby tank. The canyon has had just enough clearing of cedars to allow for shooting lanes and open areas but with enough cover left for wildlife to feel secure. Oaks and cedar elms are scattered throughout the grassy bottom of the canyon. The galvanized high fence is of exceptional quality with some classy cutouts with tasteful landscaping

Water Features: There are currently 5 strategically located wells throughout the ranch. Three tanks are topped off with water from the wells and are stocked with bass and perch. Aerators help keep the oxygen levels consistent in these tanks. There are two additional seasonal tanks as well. All electric well houses are constructed in a custom adobe style with tile roofs.

Animals: Once the high fence was complete, the native whitetail herds were reduced and whitetails of superior genetics were introduced to the property. Addax, Axis, Blackbuck, Fallow Deer, Gemsbock and Red Deer are also residents of the ranch, affording year-round opportunities to hunt. The wildlife population is currently monitored by a wildlife biologist to ensure the health of the herds. Three protein feeders provide added nutrition.
