Surface Water: The primary feature on the property is a large, reservoir-style lake that is estimated to be just under 20 acres in size. This lake has been in place for many years and has reportedly been well-managed to provide an excellent private fishing spot for the next owner. It was reported that the lake has produced Largemouth Bass up to 12 pounds in the past and the current owner reports that fishing remains strong. The lake offers a concrete boat ramp and concrete spillway. This treelined feature is very private but is visible from multiple high points surrounding the lake which offers multiple options for the development of your dream home. There are two main drainages that feed the main lake with the northern drainage also having a small pond.
