This is a very remote timber tract located about 20 minutes outside of Saint Marys. It was timbered over 20 years ago and has some large oaks, particularly black oak. Other varieties of tree species on the property include white oak, locust, ash, sycamore, and some smaller black walnuts. It has a couple of shallow oil and gas wells with dirt road infrastructure.
