Jake worked hard to make our deal happen. We ran into several obstacles from the time we were under contract, til closing. There were a couple times that it looked like the deal wasn't going to happen but Jake never gave up and helped make our dreams of owning some land in the country come true. I cannot recommend him highly enough!
