Ben was a great agent. He had knowledge about all the areas we were looking into: climate, habitat, flora, fauna, land/timber/structure values, and local amenities. He was committed to finding the right property for me and my needs and educated me along the way. We walked miles upon miles and toured hundreds of acres on three-day outings over the course of a few months--once in the pouring rain! He was patient, kind, and understanding.
