Chris was awesome! He was all over the comparable properties, walking the property, advising on what was needed and even nailed down the tentative timing this property could sell in! Disclaimer, he was hesitant to give me a time but I told him we would not hold it against him if he was wrong, but he really knows his market! The whole experience was great and Chris was excellent with communication throughout which is one of my biggest sticking points for doing life. Thanks to the team for a great job and working with us through this selling process.
