Dale was awesome to work with! He spent several hours with us viewing properties while Danny and I were visiting. We made an offer on one, but that seller was a flake. Dale found the property we ended up with and sent us the listing. We went under contract based on the listing info and Dale’s analysis and input. I visited the property once the offer was accepted and loved it!
