Awesome!! Derek has gone above and beyond anything I have ever heard about a real estate agent. I told him about the location, and he quickly began finding the necessary information and meeting us at the property. Not only did he meet us, he walked through the land and educated us on our various questions. Derek is very personable and responsive; he is patient, pleasant, and knowledgeable. My husband and I appreciate Derek and are so glad we have met him.
