"Doug did a wonderful job from beginning to end. He was a good listener and respected my decision to sell the property as farm land. He always answered my phone calls and keep me updated. He worked closely with our lawyer and title company. He meet the neighbors and discussed the access issues with them to come to a resolution that was good for all. It was a wonderful experience of working together to accomplish the sell. He always included my daughter in the decisions and emails. I liked the fact that Whitetail Properties were farm specialists. Doug did a good job with the initial appraisal. He was very professional and worked well with buyer that I had when I selected him.
