We are very grateful for all of Tim Otts's help over the last six months in finding our dream home in the country. I would highly recommend anyone looking for rural properites in Missouri to work with Tim. He was very knowledgeable, helpful and patient. There were times I felt like giving up during the process, but he encouraged us to keep looking for just the right place. When we did find that place, he was very helpful through the whole negotiation and inspection phase. There were many challenges in getting the inspections done, but he helped us find the right compnaies to do the different inspections/quote for the work that needed to be done. I really feel that Tim went above and beyopnd what I would have expected of a realtor! Thanks,
