Tim did an exceptional job. I feel like he went above and beyond working with us over the last six months to find just the right property. There were many times I felt like giving up, but Tim encouraged us to keep looking and that the right place would come along and it did! I really appreciate Tim's expertise, attentiveness to detail, patience, and helpfulness through the whole process. I feel he went above and beyond what I would have expected from a realtor. When we found the right house he was a big help lining up inspections and finding contractors to give us estimates on the work that needed to be done.
