"He is just the BEST. After he surveyed the property he met with us a proposed a price range he thought we could sell it for. He exceeded the top price. During the process he kept us well informed of how things were proceeding by sending us emails or phone calls. He wasn't able to be at settlement but he provide us with all the information we needed for settlement. It was a pleasure to work with him. If we had more land to sell he would be the first person we would contact."
