Michael, my wife, and I probably walked over 10 miles of properties - up mountains, through the woods, including in winter. Michael understands what it means to really look at and evaluate a piece of property. He also shared his knowledge with us and listened to what we wanted and what we did not. Michael provided good advice and a positive attitude throughout, including when a deal fell through. When we found what we believed was "a unicorn," Michael also saw it for what it was and worked his tail off to get the deal done, including with what ended up being some difficult sellers. He is honest and hardworking, traits that are not always present in this business. He's also a really nice guy.
