I received a postcard in the mail from Whitetail Properties offering to list our property for sale. It was about time to relist with the current real estate agent but I thought maybe this was a sign. I called the number on the card and spoke with Todd Mensing. I asked why should I sign with you when I have had it for sale for two years without anyone being interested. Todd said because I sell property and the other agent sells houses. I signed with Todd in early September and the property (200 acres of hunting land) was sold within three weeks. Todd came out and looked at the property.  The many pictures were representative of the property and made it easy to see the terrain. I was very impressed with the suggestions from Todd during negotiations with the buyers. Todd chose a title company in the area for the closing, making it easier to get the papers signed and the deal complete.Thank you.
