I could not imagine a better experience. I knew nothing about land and Bryce was actually representing the seller when we started. He was extremely knowledgeable and walked me through the entire process from family subdividing and meeting with the county, bringing a forestry man in, meeting with a guy to cut a road in, to helping with the survey crew. It was a tremendous experience and I would recommend Bryce to anyone. He made the sale happen and his relationship building and communication skills are second to none. FANTASTIC JOB
