So I was new to buying land and did not know any of the ins and outs of doing that and going through that process. Matt was amazing to work with and NEVER made me feel like I was asking stupid questions and was always ready to answer my questions honestly. Matt seems to know what he is doing and he does it very well. I NEVER felt pressured or pushed into anything. He went out of his way to make sure the property was going to work with what I was wanting to do. He made this buying experience very enjoyable.
