Hi my name is Broc and I just wanted to comment on my experience buying property with you guys through Brian Whitt. My mother & I had been looking for some land for quite some time when we contacted Brian and he told us he had some property for sale that sounded like what we were looking for. Well it was exactly what we were looking for and more. Brian was nice enough to walk with me through 39 acres of rugged terrain to show me the boundaries of what we were buying. I couldn't believe the effort he put in to go above and beyond what I would expect out of any realtor.  He was awesome. We had good conversation and he was very knowledgeable and answered every question that I had about the property. He was even nice enough to send me info on an app so when I am on the property I know exactly where I am. I couldn't have had a better experience with a realtor or met a nicer guy.
