Ted, thank you for spending the time you did with us going all over hunting for the perfect piece of property. You pointed out many pros and cons I wouldn't have thought of and we really appreciate you keeping in mind only what was best for us throughout the whole process. We just got back and had a blast; it was hard to leave and now all I can do is hope for next weekend to get here quick!  Thanks for all your hard work,
