Well, the man is just a wonder to work with. Why, you ask? He has a vast knowledge of the county and the area he represents. Honest as the day is long and not scared to ask questions from the seller to the buyer and his fellow agents in the state. He takes notes, researches issues that may arise, and makes sure the communication is clear. Best of all, he follows up if he does not hear from you to ensure we are still on track. For me, he had a lot of ways to help me make sure the next buyer knew exactly the vision I had for the property and maybe give them an idea of what they could do for their dream.
