Aaron was by far the best I've ever worked with in my life. He was genuine, knowledgeable, caring, professional, kind and most all did not make me feel rushed to sign the listing doc's. He knew I was asking top price for my farm and shared his concern on the price but three days later we had a signed contract within 5% of my asking price and closed on it two weeks later!
