Ben and the crew were awesome! My Sister and husband looked at the property and sent pictures. I then drove over and looked at the property. Next day met up with Ben and signed and put down earnest money. And if my memory is correct it was on a Monday on my way back to Georgia on November 24. Ben was professional, but down to earth. Immediately liked him. Got the ball rolling fast. I definitely would recommend him and Whitetail properties to anyone looking to buy Real Estate. My experience with Ben buying this beautiful property was pretty much seamless. Fast and easy.
