I would recommend Cory Farley to anyone interested in purchasing land in rural WV. His knowledge not only of the areas we were interested in but also the in's and out's of land value, wildlife habitat, timber quality and possible improvements, mineral navigation and knowledge of the laws and process were incredible. We gained an extreme amount of knowledge regarding all of this within in a very short time with Cory. He was extremely prompt with communications, patient with our off the wall questions and just as kind and professional as we could ever want. I would recommend Cory again and again.
