Excellent. Very professional. Very knowledgeable. Didn’t seem greedy and genuinely wanted to help us. Did didn’t give us bogus information. He also was willing to pitch in and get his hands dirty. I wanted a “man’s man” to sell this land. I wanted him to be able to walk the property and ride ATVs. I wanted an honest person. I felt comfortable after talking with him.
