Kirk was perfect in every way. There is no question that he is an experienced professional and a true gentleman. He made the process easy for us. Being an out of state owner/seller complicates things for sure…but Kirk handled it all with poise and effectiveness. Not to mention, he had a buyer and closed the sale inside 3 months from listing. I love Pike County and will return to invest in another farm in the future... hopefully soon. When that time comes, Kirk is who I'm calling. Thanks for everything Kirk.
