I got a postcard in the mail from Tre Kerns offering services in the area of West Virginia where I owned a piece of property. I sent him an email asking if he could help me sell it, and of course he said yes. I basically sent him a description of the property and he did the rest. He did research on the land and even visited the site and took pictures. It didn't seem to take long for him to have some buyers lined up. Tre took care of everything! I live in Virginia, about 4 hours away and didn't have to make that drive even once to sell the property. Even at closing I was emailed some documents that I had notarized and overnighted back. Everything went smoothly and quickly.

If I ever need help with property in the future I will call on Tre and white tail properties. An excellent job, highly recommended.
