I had signed a contract with a prior realtor to sell our 42 acre property in South T Bar Ranch. I had such a horrible experience with that realtor that I did not renew after our 6-month contract. I was really nervous about getting a new realtor but was super anxious to sell our property - as it so happened I received a flyer from Jerrod in the mail. I did some research into your company and read reviews of Jerrod and called him that evening. His quick response was a good sign regarding his communication level - he was pleasant, not pushy but interested in meeting and seeing our property. Within days he had scheduled a meeting at our property. He got to know us and we got to know him. He has a relaxed, down to earth but confident manner which immediately put us at ease feeling like we had chosen the kind of realtor we needed. He was very knowledgeable of the area and assured us we were asking the fair price. Within a week or so he had taken the best drone pics and got the listing up quickly. With the market being slow I was very surprised when we got an offer within an unexpected amount of time. Jerrod was so helpful in including items to the contract to protect us and explained items we didn’t understand so we felt comfortable signing the contract. When I sent him text messages with questions I knew he would respond in a timely manner. His communication was superior. In final, I asked him to attend the closing and even though that was not necessary - he gladly showed up for us. He became more a friend rather than just a realtor. We were beyond pleased to sell the property so quickly. I don’t think anyone could represent your company better than Jerrod - - his knowledge, communication skill, and great personality are a huge advantage to your company for sure. We would contract with him again with no hesitation!!
