Well, I’d say right off the get-go Chris was super easy to talk with as I described what I was looking for in hunting property. After looking at several parcels he took me to one he had just signed on to sell. It was exactly what I wanted, and from then on, it went really easy, and he was great to deal with. Not only with the purchase of the property but also when I wanted to talk and pick his brain with regards to his farming background and what potentially would be good avenues for me to pursue in crop/food plot planting. Having waited many years and looking at many pieces of hunting property, I couldn’t be happier with the parcel I purchased or dealing with Chris.
