Dustin was a wonderful person to work with. This was hard in letting go of property that was doing nothing for me, and moving on. He was so VERY helpful with explaining the benefits I knew nothing of in purchasing another "like" property and the 1031 option. It seemed like he was working on my listing all the time! He kept me informed and was always available for my questions, phone calls, etc.
